Phototherapy has been used for decades and there are many clinical studies conducted to prove its efficacy.
There is no permanent cure for autoimmune diseases like vitiligo and psoriasis. NB-UVB is used as a maintenance treatment to improve and even keep your symptoms at bay. This treatment works best with consistent and regular use. Missing or delaying treatments are discouraged.

NB-UVB can be applied on the entire body, exception and around the eyes, and to the genitals. The comb acts as a distance gauge for effective light penetration.
Just like any light bulb, NB-UVB bulbs also have a lamp lifetime. Light bulb replacement at the end of lamp lifetime will be with us. There is no warranty on “spoilt” lamps unless due to manufacturer defect but such cases are unlikely.
