DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION
The following are our terms and conditions which constitute our delivery and shipping policy.

For customers interested in ordering Marena Compression Garments for an upcoming procedure and need the garment urgently, please contact us regarding available stock and delivery time.
a. All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 2 business days upon confirmation of payment. Orders will not be processed, shipped nor delivered on weekends and public holidays. We are not able to deliver to PO boxes, military, naval and restricted areas, as well as Jurong Island.
b. For Express shipping in Singapore, your item will be delivered to you in approximately 2 to 5 business days. To Malaysia, your item may take approximately 7 to 9 business days.
c. For Standard shipping in Singapore, your item will be delivered to you in approximately 6 to 10 business days. To Malaysia, your item may take approximately 11 to 14 business days.
d. For Singapore deliveries, delivery will take place on weekdays between 10am-6pm. We recommend providing an address where you will be present between this time to receive your order.
e. Delivery and shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page.
f. For items on which we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery of your items may be delayed by a few working days, and additional working days may be needed for the transit of your item. If there are significant delays in the delivery of your order, we will get in touch with you either through the phone number or email address that you have provided during your registration or order transaction.
g. If all or part of your order is OOS, it will be put on Backorder. Your item(s) will be delivered to you in approximately 2 to 3 weeks.
h. If part of your order is available, we will ship to you the available item(s) first.
i. Upon the completion of the checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.
a. All orders come with a tracking ID, tracking information will be provided.
b. Tracking number will be sent to you via Whatsapp. If you do not have Whatsapp, we will email it to you.
c. All orders are delivered via Ninja Van unless otherwise stated. Orders can be tracked via https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking
d. Your number provided at checkout will be disclosed to our courier for shipping purposes.
We ship certain products internationally. Please contact us to get a customized delivery quote and estimated date of delivery for your shipping address.
DUTIES, TARIFFS & TAXES
Aesthetic Insiders is not liable for any custom duties, tariffs or taxes, if any, as charged under the destination country’s governing laws for custom clearance.
Aesthetic Insiders is not liable for any damage or loss that may occur during delivery. If the item(s) are damaged or have any other problems, please notify us and provide us with any and all additional information within 2 business days of item receipt.
