After you have checked out and successfully made payment, you will receive a confirmation email to the email you provided at checkout, that will acknowledge your order and its details. We will also email you an invoice with the tracking number (if available).If you did not receive these email in either your inbox or spam folder, please contact us and we’ll take care of it.
Sure, but only if we are informed in time. Order amendments are subject to product availability and shipping status. If you wish to cancel your order, we will refund you the balance minus a 3% administrative fee. Please note that we reserve the right to reject anycancellations or changes.

If your order consists of in-stock and pre-order items, you will pay only 1 shipping fee. We will ship the remaining items to you free of charge when all the pending items have arrived at our warehouse.
Our courier will make up to 3 delivery attempts to your chosen delivery address. If you are not home during the day, we recommend providing an address where you would be present between 9am to 6pm to receive your parcel. Alternatively, please let us know if you have any specific delivery instructions that may be helpful for the delivery man. For example: Please leave in shoe cabinet. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to usand aredelivery feewillapply.
You are welcome to self-collect your order. Simply select the “Self-Collect” option. Self-collection is available between 1:30pm to 5:45pm, weekdays only. Subject to stock availability.
You may access updates on your order via My Account > (under My Account column) View your order history > click on the red button on the right next to your order. Here, you will also be able to find the tracking details.
Your parcels will be handed over to a third-party courier. They most probably have many parcels to deliver to different locations so we are unable to determine their schedule and delivery route. However, do look out for the tracking ID that will be emailed to you.
A tracking ID will be emailed to you. If you did not receive it, please check your Junk or Spam folder. Tracking instructions will be provided to you within the email.
We make exchanges only for defective products, and accept returns for store credit. Store credit can then be used on your next order.
A 25% restocking fee plus 3% administrative fee will apply for returns.
All return requests have to be done within 5 working days from date of delivery and sent back to us within 3 working days after an email on the return/exchange approval has been sent. Requests for exchanges and returns thereafter will strictly not be entertained.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging(s).
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as supplement pills, creams, single-used items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order. For all order returns, you will be required to mail the items back to our warehouse – address will be provided via email upon confirmation of your request.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. A store credit discount code (strictly non-extensible) with 90 days validity will be issued upon approval.
Store credit discount code can only be used once, not applicable for another return and exchange, or with any further discounts.
Shipping charges are not eligible for credit.
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. We reserve the right to ascertain if the good is damaged. Damage due to deliberate or careless mishandling, damage due to accidents, and cases of fair wear and tear (such as tarnishing) are not eligible for replacement.
Photographic evidence and description of the defect must be emailed to email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A return in shipping cost will not be applicable for store credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will do our very best to rectify any mistake made on our part.
Examples of unacceptable reasons include, but are not limited to:
1. I change my mind. I don’t want / need it anymore.
2. I don’t like the colour / style / quality.
3. I ordered the wrong size.
4. It does not look as good on me as in pictured.
This item will be ordered immediately when you complete the payment. It will take a little longer than ready stock products to be sent.
